When someone walks into a home that’s for sale, they need to be able to “see themselves” in the home and also see its potential.  So when you’re selling your home, staging your furniture, art and accessories properly can enhance its appeal to a new home buyer.  And if you’re the buyer, sometimes it’s hard to see how you might function in the home or how you might renovate the space to fit your needs. Years ago a friend asked Hope to come into their home and help them “create a new feel” by rearranging their existing furniture.  What started out as a favor turned into 30 years of hands-on experience with home renovation, interior re-design and project management for new construction. Hope has worked on over 25 properties, 4 new construction projects, 7 complete renovations and dozens of interior re-designs.  She has an eye for detail, space, lighting and functionality and has the vision to see the possibilities.
